Championship FitnessĀ Nutrition Program
The goal of the Championship Fitness Programā€™s nutrition portion is to have the students understand the basics of a nutrition label, what core carbohydrates, proteins, fats mean, how each nutrient will assist your body, different ingredients to avoid and how to spot them on the nutrition label and examples of how to make the right choices through recipes.
The nutrition lessons are set up to educate your participants in what is important to know when it comes to nutrition. The program is set up to educate, NOT overwhelm the participants with long lectures.
The Championship Fitness Program will assist in teaching the students what to eat and how to make better choices when it comes to decision making. This will include a Eat This, Not That mentality.

12 Nutrition Lessons
The program is divided into daily lessons, some are longer than others, but no lessons should take more than 5-6 minutes. Take your time when going through the lessons, explain what the lesson is and why it is important to them.
The goals of the lessons are for the participants to gain knowledge that they can take with them through their life. This is NOT a quick fix, but a step towards the solution to the childhood obesity problem.
