- The three parts of the Championship Fitness Program are: Mentorship, Nutrition and Exercise
- The exercise portion will teach the student that they can push hard while having fun at the same time
- The nutrition portion will teach them the basics of nutrition, how to read a nutrition label and if warranted, make the healthiest choices when eating
- The mentorship portion will offer a foundation to assist in building a mentally strong person of character
- Testing - Push Up, Sit Up and Shuttle Run
